"...My journey with Frank to the legendary "Tattle Tales" in Atlanta, GA was an eventful one. We not only both received lap dances, but also got to watch "Happy Here and Now" by the Critical Darlings "performed"! Our journey began after being invited by our "Movie Screams" host, Violet, to have dinner. She brought us there and treated us like kings. Just for fun, Violet told me to go get a copy of Satisfactionista, our then unreleased album. She handed it off to the DJ and history was made..."

It's been a while since we swung by the Ten High. Most of our Atlanta appearances have been TV shows of late, so it was cool to actually play a full-on gig proper. Normally I'd take a pass on the prospect of a last-minute out-of-town gig on a Tuesday night, but Curt called and offered us a gig with a band called The Sex Slaves, and without thinkin', I said "I'm in!"...

By the time the band took the stage at 10:30, there was a pretty decent-sized audience for the Caledonia Lounge on a Tuesday. The 40-minute set was fun, fast-paced and pretty raucous. Because it was a short set as opposed to a mini-concert of 50+ minutes, it lacked the full dynamic bandwidth. But hey, it was The Caledonia on a Tuesday...
